Here is one of the common mindsets I often see with Christians concerning accessing heaven. Many believe it’s something they can’t even experience until they die. But that’s not what the scriptures teach us. Even King David ascended daily.

Think about it…

When Jesus instituted communion and taught His disciples how to do it, they practiced it daily. So my question is, why do we only do it once a month in church, as if it is some kind of religious ritual?

“...do this in remembrance of me.” Luke 22:19

I want to remember what He did EVERY SINGLE DAY! 🩸

Isn’t it interesting that Jesus taught communion to the disciples right before He was betrayed and the night before He died? This is a great mystery we will uncover.

When they took communion and broke bread together, something happened to them all. They were taken under heaven’s protection.

So you might ask, “But Jesus died, He wasn’t protected.” Oh yes, He was! His whole plan of salvation was protected. Remember, Satan tried to get Him off course, but little did Satan know that the very death Jesus submitted Himself to would be the breaking free from Satan’s grip for every human being who accepted Jesus’ sacrifice!

And then there was resurrection! 🙌🏻

Communion for you and me has the same power. The release from Satan’s grip. In every way. You are, in essence, transformed from one realm to another. From the earth realm into the protection of the heavenly realm.

So why are many Christians still in bondage? 🙁

I believe it’s because even though we think we understand the power of communion, we sometimes don’t understand the mystery of communion and it’s simply not applied. Maybe because of neglect or just being distracted by daily living. How sad is that?
